Unused Subscriptions: If you subscribed to a plan but haven’t used any services (e.g., creating posts or using frames), you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

  • Technical Issues: If technical problems prevent you from using the service, and the issue can’t be resolved in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Incorrect Billing: If you were billed incorrectly or charged for a plan you didn’t purchase.
